Privacy and your data at a glance
On this page
You can search 4Search without an account. This section explains, in plain words, what the site keeps, what stays in your own browser, and the choices that are yours to make at any time.
#The short version
These points come from the site's Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
- No account for ordinary searches. You do not sign in to search.
- You decide on the optional things. AI-assisted answers, Saved preferences and advertising are off until you switch them on. Strictly necessary and Google search results are always active.
- Your lists stay in your browser. What you follow or save is kept in your browser, not in an account. See Saved preferences.
- Queries are used to return results. The policy says 4Search does not use search queries to create individual profiles, infer sensitive characteristics or make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects.
- Some technical information is recorded. The site records technical request information such as the IP address and browser details to route requests, keep the site secure and diagnose problems.
- No fingerprinting. The policy says the current application does not use canvas, WebGL or comparable browser fingerprinting.
- No sale of personal information. The policy says 4Internet, LLC does not sell personal information for monetary consideration.
- Global Privacy Control is honored. See Global Privacy Control.
